Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Return & Exchange Policy
Cotiana offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If customer is not satisfied with the order, they can easily return/exchange the product using our website.

The product has to be in original & unused state.

Request has to be raised within 48 Hours of delivery.

In case of exchange if the the new product is of higher cost then remaining amount will be charged by customer and in case new product is of lower cost then remaining amount will be refunded to customer account within 7 working day’s after the completion of entire process.

During pick up our delivery agent may check for the quality state of return item. Return/Exchange transit charges has to be paid by customer.
